Our councillors are required to approve the annual return in person and therefore and extraordinary meeting has been called for 20th August.

Residents are welcome to attend as usual and an agenda for the meeting is available here  however as we’ll be meeting at the village hall, there will be restrictions in place for health and safety.

This month, our councillors will be travelling around the parish to conduct our annual inspection. We usually do this as a team but this year each councillor is focusing on a particular area of Arthington and reporting back.

We inspect the parish for any works that may need to be brought to Leeds City Council’s attention but if you know of any issues near where you live, please let us know by contacting the clerk here.

A draft copy of the Parish Inspection will be posted on the website as soon as its completed, but as we’re still postponing Parish Council meetings until further notice, it won’t officially be approved until our councillors meet again.
